Beach access via a private trail and stairs through the native coastal landscape is a short 5 minute walk from our front door. If you happen to bring Grand-parents or need a more accessible route, you can access the beach through Manresa State Park right next door. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with a full bed and a trundle. The first story also has a washer and dryer, full bathroom and access to the two car garage. There are two queen size beds, and a pullout queen and a full bathroom. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably. Boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, and other beach amenities are included. On the short walk to the beach is the Pixie Deli, Café Rio Restaurant, variety store, and the Coffee Shop. The famous cement boat and Aptos pier are a short walk along he beach. Monterey & Aquarium, Pebble Beach, Carmel nearby.
