A spiritual experience for open minded people wanting to heal and have total relaxation. Better than camping with the outdoor feel but a comfy bed. The Lotus Suite is locally centrally at Spa Santangelo. Between Melissa's home and her healing space. Located on the back of her house. Your suite is has a queen size (Purple) bed and is a soft or hard mattress. Our sheets are laundered by Alsco. It is a comfy room, with one hour of hot tub use at Spa Santangelo when you stay. Please set up your soaking time when you book. We share two walls that have one extra layer of sound board. Melissa uses headphones when there are guests. There are ear plugs in a drawer by the bed. For those of you that need total privacy and silence. This location is very relaxing and quite, but is in a neighborhood. The bed is heated and the room has a small electric fire place heater. The suite has a small fridge and you can cook on the gas grill just outside the room. We have a two place setting plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, coffee cups, tea and a way to heat up water. Your bathroom is on the sun porch just past the laundry area. The room has a TV with DVD player and HDMI set up. We do not have cable, bring your fire stick. We have many movies. The outdoor shower is located in the back of the Zen Spa Cabin, about 50 ft away from your room. Yes it has hot water and is located next to the hot tub. We have Wi Fi and you can order up massage, spa treatments or Yoga lessons with your stay. Please order in advance to get desired times.

I have it all at the house. Pack in play, baby gates, booster, two high chairs, training wheel bike, bike kid carrier, child plates and utensils, children's books, dvd's and sand toys. Very well stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances. Large living room with vaulted ceilings, 8 seat dining table, & huge couch. Very spacious inside. Large H.D. flat screen in the living room and master bedroom. Personal WIFI in house and yard. Outdoor seating. Game table with games, puzzles and books and gas fireplace in the family room. The best location in town. 1 1/2 blocks to Natural Bridges State Beach Park. (famous for thousands of monarch butterflies) and a two mile walking/bike path along the ocean called "West Cliff." The "Swift Street Courtyard" is close to the home it's where you’ll find winery tasting rooms, the Santa Cruz Mountain brewery, Humble sea brewery, Venus Sprits distillery, yoga studios, New Leaf Market (a mini-Whole Foods) and plenty of restaurants. (The West End Tap and Kitchen being one of my favorites) The Santa Cruz Boardwalk and wharf is approximately two miles away. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, private full bathroom(separate tub and shower), balcony and cable T.V. In Bedroom number two is a King bed. Two twin beds are upstairs in bedroom number 3 with walk in closet. There is a full bathroom in between the two rooms. Downstairs ground level is a bedroom with a queen bed. Next to it is a full bathroom. The couch in the family room pulls out into a twin futon. There is a mattress topper on futon couch for extra comfort. I have one cot, one king blow up bed, two twin blow beds and a pack in play, that can be placed anywhere in the home. Located in a small quiet court with plenty of parking. The home is safer for children playing out front, affordable and more private than most ocean front homes which have cars and people constantly going by. The house is very safe with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarm, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Everything in the home is well maintained and up to code. I personally go to the vacation home between guests to insure it's in top shape. The home includes a host. Susan lives in the neighborhood and can quickly assist with any unforeseen problems that might arise with the home. She will drop by and introduce herself, you can ask her questions about the home or get recommendations on great places to see. Downtown San Jose and the San Jose Airport are approximately 30 minutes away. The San Francisco Airport is 60 minutes away, as is Carmel, Monterey, and Pebble Beach. Two king sized beds in each of the bedrooms and three sleeper sofas allow the whole family to sleep comfortably! Enjoy the rich views in this luxurious resort with the conveniences of home. There is a full kitchen for family dinners and plenty of activities to keep all age groups happy! Parents can get massages while the kids play at the pool. Guests can walk on the gorgeous beach or play in the pools, this vacation rental is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a week away from it all with the family. There are 3 pools, Sanderling's restaurant on-site, as well as restaurants and shops across the street. The beach spans for miles. Walk the grounds or enjoy the pools, beach and restaurant! Plenty of Wifi for working or school for downtimes or zoom calls. This location can easily accommodate large groups or families for a memorable vacation! The Space: This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There are three futon couches in the living room. The unit is provided with plenty of linens and towels for all. The kitchen has necessities in it for cooking meals. Guest Access: Guests will access the unit with a lockbox code and will not need to go to the front desk. The Neighborhood: The entire villa, 3 pool areas, hot tubs, Sanderling's restaurant and of course a short 3 minute walk to the beach! Getting Around: Seascape resort is located on the Monterey Bay and is about 20-30 minutes from popular Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and about 30-40 minutes from Monterey Bay Aquarium. Onsite parking is free. There are no designated parking spots, except for ADA spots of course!
